As a lifelong hunter and dedicated outdoorsman, David has spent decades developing a deep understanding of land, wildlife habitat, and what makes a property truly valuable to both hunters and landowners.
For over 21 years, David has owned and operated one of Ohio’s largest and premier hunting operations, managing thousands of acres of prime whitetail habitat and working closely with landowners and hunters alike. Through that experience, he has gained firsthand knowledge of property management, wildlife patterns, access, habitat development, and the key features that make land both productive and highly desirable.
His background provides a unique advantage when helping clients buy or sell land and rural properties, allowing him to recognize opportunities and property potential that many traditional real estate agents simply overlook. David is passionate about connecting people with the right piece of ground — whether it’s a hunting property, recreational retreat, country home, or long-term land investment.
Outside of real estate, David’s greatest pride is his family. He is the father of two children whom he has raised with the same appreciation for the outdoors that has shaped his life. Teaching them how to hunt, respect the land, and value time spent together outdoors has been one of the most rewarding parts of his life.
