Keith was born and raised in southwestern Ohio. In anticipation of retiring from law-enforcement in 2023, after a 26 year career, he decided to invest in his passion of hunting, beginning his land management business in 2022, focusing on installing and maintaining food plots for wildlife. He grew the business quickly through referrals of clients and has built a strong client base.
Keith purchased his very first farm in 2019, located in Brown County, Ohio. He worked on installing different food plots and improvement of the farm, later selling it to invest in a larger 50+ acre farm in Adams county. Keith has always had an enjoyment for the outdoors and was introduced to hunting by his Grandpa Bud as a young teenager. He instantly became obsessed with deer, turkey and eventually duck hunting.
Keith had always dreamed of being somehow involved in the investment side of land or being an agent for land sales. He has experienced enjoyment of buying and selling his personal farms and has always watched the land market, keeping up on current listings over the years. He decided in 2025 to take the leap and obtain his real estate license.
Keith has been married to Melissa for 26 years. They reside in Clermont County, Ohio. They have a son and daughter who also enjoy the outdoors and hunting. In addition, they have 2 very spoiled labs, Avery and Sadie. Avery loves duck hunting and hopefully 2-year old, very energetic Sadie will also take up the sport.
