Oliver was born and raised in Ross County, Ohio. His passion for the outdoors started at a young age and has grown immensely over the years, leading him to his career in Real Estate where he specializes in rural properties. Oliver has a great foundation built up in Real Estate related matters, land management, and media production making him a strong choice for marketing your property to its best potential.

He stays up to date on current market trends, making sure that his clients are well-informed before deciding on a list price, or writing up an offer. Outside of his career Oliver is a father of two, Jocelyn and Crew. He is very family oriented and well known in the community. He is an avid bowhunter and works year-round on his properties in Ohio and Kentucky to provide the best wildlife habitat possible. He loves introducing friends and children to the sport of hunting and everything the outdoors has to offer. He also enjoys fitness and wellness, photography, and videography. Oliver is a member of the National Association of Realtors, National Wildlife Turkey Federation, and QDMA.
