Craig is an Ohio native who has been a full-time land agent for the past 17 years with over 600 closed transactions in the Buckeye State. Prior to his current career, he was a contractor specializing in new home construction and land development.
He is known for his ethical and straightforward approach, ensuring that all parties involved are represented to a high standard. Few agents can match his extensive background in understanding land-related matters, including market values, title work, surveys, legal descriptions, zoning, timber, soil, mineral rights, leases, wildlife habitat, and hunting opportunities, to name a few.
Craig lives in the middle of a 70-acre farm and spends countless hours improving his hunting properties, establishing detailed plans for wildlife and timber management. It goes without saying that he lives the same lifestyle he sells.
